Thank you so much for the training this week it was excellent.


Everyone said how good it has been and each day I have seen the excitement building for the following day. The training was to the point, efficient and effective, and delivered in a very friendly manner.

The time devoted to assist each individual has been very much appreciated by them and me. The ladies are running with their new found skills and loving it. With the new reporting skills, one team member is already challenging herself with what she can produce next. We are now working together on a report that will assist with Contract Liabilities each month.

Personally, I gained a lot more confidence with use of Difinitiv - with job set up and reports I can produce. It has already saved me hours of manual calculations now I know how to use and amend some of the reports. Also with UV codes, the little tricks you demonstrated are already in use.
